Construction Advances Steadily at La Violeta 2
We are pleased to provide an update on the construction of your new home at La Violeta 2, within the family-friendly master community of Villanova. We are excited for you and your family to begin a new chapter where you can enjoy life to the fullest beyond four walls in the heart of Dubailand.
The construction is on track with the completion of precast work, which includes the installation of prefabricated concrete panels for structural support. Following this, the installation of boundary walls is now well underway.
We have also commenced with floor tiling, which will elevate the ambience of your home. Additionally, work on internal finishing and mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) is progressing well, bringing us one step closer to delivering your beautifully crafted home.
